Overall, I had a good experience shopping for this desk. The shipping was on time, and the packaging kept everything protected. Customer service was helpful—they answered my questions about the drawer assembly within a few hours. Putting it together took longer than I expected, especially the side cabinet, but once assembled, it feels sturdy and looks great in my office.
