We have been waiting an extremely long time for this item to arrive. We were told last week that it would be delivered, and we still have not received anything. We have reached out multiple times asking for an update and have received no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. At this point, your company feels unreliable and unprofessional. After now seeing so many negative reviews, I truly regret making this purchase. I’m starting to wonder if we will ever receive our desk at all. This experience has been beyond disappointing

Horrible service in terms of standing behind their product, weren’t willing to fix the defects or replace the product saying it’s minor damage!!!! I ordered new product not damaged. Said they send $151 in refund haven’t received anything. Besides that waited over 1 month for this product. Do not purchase if you’re okay you product being damaged and not taken care of properly.

Got refined a whooping $151. Thought I’d receive something nice like everyone else but I guess not.

The desk works really well for our office reception. The layout is practical, with a keyboard tray that’s easy to use and a lockable drawer for confidential documents. The surface is spacious enough for a computer, files, and some decorative items. One minor note is that it’s a bit heavy to move, but it feels very sturdy once in place.

Leg room under desk is generous for shifting positions or tucking away stools. I don’t feel cramped, and clients don’t bang knees—win-win for busy spaces.
