We have been waiting an extremely long time for this item to arrive. We were told last week that it would be delivered, and we still have not received anything. We have reached out multiple times asking for an update and have received no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. At this point, your company feels unreliable and unprofessional. After now seeing so many negative reviews, I truly regret making this purchase. I’m starting to wonder if we will ever receive our desk at all. This experience has been beyond disappointing
