I just wanted to leave a review to show my appreciation for the customer service from Kaguyasu. My product arrived on time, and I was putting it together myself. While screwing in the lower portion, one of the wooden pieces got damaged. I emailed them about it, and they responded the same day, asking for photos and more details. After I sent everything over, they apologized and offered to replace the whole piece. Since I’d already assembled most of it, I was hoping for just a replacement part, but they didn’t have any in stock. Instead, they offered me a 40% refund, which I accepted. Overall, great customer service!
