After using this chair for a few weeks, my back pain has noticeably decreased. The lumbar support is exactly what I needed, and the cushion is supportive without being too soft. I also appreciate how smoothly it glides over my hardwood floor without leaving any marks. It’s a huge improvement over my last chair.
