Using this chair feels like an upgrade — the lumbar pillow, headrest, and cushioned seat combine for much better back and neck comfort. The tilt lock works well, and the movement is smooth. On the flip side, the armrests feel a bit narrow — on broader‑shouldered days, they feel slightly cramped when I rest my arms.
