I cannot recommend this reception desk. The table arrived damaged, which was extremely frustrating given the wait time and price we paid. Unfortunately, I was unable to request a refund because their policy only allows returns within 3 days of receiving the package, and I was out of the office during that time. By the time I could inspect the damage and attempt assembly, the return window had closed. This extremely short return period feels unreasonable, especially for office furniture that may not be unpacked immediately. The assembly process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. The instructions were unclear, and the parts didn't fit together smoothly, making what should have been a straightforward setup into a major ordeal. Most disappointing is the overall quality. For the amount we paid and how long we waited for delivery, I expected much better. The materials feel cheap and flimsy, and I'm concerned about how long this desk will actually last in a professional setting. Between the damage on arrival, the assembly nightmare, the poor quality relative to the cost, and the unreasonably short return window, this purchase has been a complete letdown. I would not buy this product again.
