When it was delivered, it was damaged. However, their attitude was very good, and they immediately contacted me to discuss a solution. Although I wasn't satisfied with the product, I was very pleased with their customer service. In the end, they refunded part of the price. Since it was only a small crack, I was able to fix it with glue. Apart from that flaw, the quality of the desk in other aspects is great. So, I accepted their partial refund offer and ended up getting the desk at a very good price.
