I didn't purchase the assembly service, so we had to set up the reception desk ourselves. The package arrived with some damage, but luckily the product inside was fine. There are a few scratches on the desk, though.

Overall, the quality is great. However, the shipping took much longer than I expected. I had to wait quite a while.
